Review of Falling for Trouble by Jenika Snow

As per her usual this one was a sexy quick read. There is something so alluring to me about a love from childhood to adulthood. Something about how time never changes those feelings for that one person. And that is just the case here.
Sophia has been in love with Abe since she was a little girl. He was always her faithful constant friend with whom she’d drown all her sorrows. But for her all this went deeper than friendship. She wanted him for her own. Only problem: He saw her as his kid sister (never mind they are the same age). Unbeknownst to her Abe has felt the same way. He wants Sofia more than anything. She is his safe harbor, the one who understands what his parents death has cost him. But as much as he may love her he fears he’s not good enough for him. She deserves the best, white picket fence and all. That all changes one steamy night and soon they can’t ignore their feelings much longer.
Once again as it always happens when I read her work,I wish this book was way longer. She is always the thing to fix my upside down world after reading a book that left me in a Wtf haze.
Warning: This was a light not too much angst (if any) read. Straight to the point of obvious. Very short. But very entertaining :)

Goodreads synopsis:
Sophia Kidd has been in love with her best friend Abe Rochester since they were children. With both of their pasts scarred, the only people they can rely on are each other. Unfortunately, Abe has never shown interest in her as more than a friend.
Known as Trouble in their town, Abe enjoys women, bar brawls, and liquor—and not in that particular order. When one night of drinking results in Sophia and Abe in bed together, she finally has hopes that the man she loves returns her feelings. But when dawn arrives and Abe has no recollection of their passion, humiliation has Sophia fleeing.
She can't run forever though, especially when she finds out she is pregnant. Sophia has no idea how to tell Abe that he is the father when he doesn't even remember sleeping with her.
