Tessa is a witch with a struggling match making business whose life only becomes way more complicated when her car gets repossessed. With the car her magic scroll also ends up in limbo. The scroll is the only tool that helps her reach those clients she can only reach through magic. She decides to tag along with the agent who put her in this predicament in order to try to get her scroll back. 
Rob is a warlock navy seal who works as a repo man on his time off in order to help his family not loose their home because of their debt. So helping a witch who in his opinion only makes bad choices is not his idea of a good time. The story is pretty cute but because he disapproves of her debt he gives her a bit of a hard time which I think made the book drag a bit. I’m all for flirty bickering hut I’d have wished for these two to have had a deeper burn up my kindle up in flames connection. More verbal combat would have been aces in this story. That booming chemistry was sadly missing for me. - Juli
