Kira is running from her abusive ex boyfriend Nate, and she only has one poo I have to go to be safe: the house of her former gamer friends. Ollie, Ethan and Alex. Only running away from her current situation brings her smack into her past. Alex was the Jonas guy she slanted but after his rejection( or lack of feelings) she runs straight into Nathan’s arms. Only how turned out to be a total psycho. Fearing an I told you so from Alex wasn’t enough to stay away, instead she faces his anger at beer leasing him so long ago head on. Only their is more to his hurt than what’s at the surface.
Pretty different angle to the usual Na romance angle. Gamer’s Romance was definitely a first for me. It was a good change of pace though. Good story. There was actual comic relief in the form of her best friend Lulu and her constant boy on boy action fetish. My only issues were it was waaaay to short and a cliffhanger! It seriously left me hanging, but I’d still wanna read part 2.
